Reset count for top/bottom alert #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press EZ Up several times to get the alert lightbox.
2. Press EZ Down.
3. Press EZ Up twice.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The alert levels continue where left off. Instead, the system should start with 
the simple sound effect-only alert, go to the short alert, etc. all over again.

Just reset the counter when the user successfully goes down or touches the 
screen.

Note that the same issue happens at the bottom of the screen.
