Add option for 24-hour clock

Hello,

Would it be possible to add an option to change the clock display to 24-hour format, as used in most of the non-Engligh countries? (See eg. International Standard ISO 8601.) Even for people fluent in English, for those tricky questions of time it's often easier and more natural to read and parse - and especially "understand" - the time in the usual format, especially for around noon/midnight times.
