Orphaned tags after unsubscribe #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a feed
2. Immediately unsubscribe from the feed
3. Watch the <title> when you load any page - it should flash "Feed on
Feeds (10)" as if there are new items, even though there aren't.

The problem is that tags are not deleted when feeds are unsubscribed.  They
become orphaned.
