Add-feed doesn't provide the https protocols

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a fof application with an https server.
2. Go in prefs.
3. Look at the link return for bookmarklets and Firefox Add Feed feature.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see https://yourserver/fof/add.php...

I have http://yourserver/fof/add.php instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest SVN, on Debian GNU Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
