Enclosures Support #22

After switching from Google Reader back to FOF, the one sole thing I miss
is the support for enclosures. I'd like to see that come to FOF. 

Example: In gReader, when viewing this feed:

 http://www.podshow.com/feeds/dawnanddrew.xml

There would be an on page flash mp3 player to crank the episode. That would
be pretty awesome. 

Some research would be required to find out what other enclosure types
there are and if/how to support them.

Done!  SimplePie actually has enclosure support built in so it wasn't that hard 
to add this to FoF.  It's done it as a 
plugin.  BTW, enclosures will only be found when the feeds are parsed, so you 
might want to delete and re-add 
any feeds that have enclosures.
