Mark As Read Up To This Point

I recently upgraded to the newest version of FoF and am very happy with it.
 Thank you for all your hard work.  But it seems that you removed a feature
that was in the old version and was helpful.  The mark as read up to this
point does not seem to exist any more.  Any chance of you bringing that back?

That feature is still there, but it's kind of hidden.  If you double click on 
the
checkbox for one item, that item and all the items above it will be flagged.  
Then
you can use the 'Mark flagged read' link.  Also, if you are using keyboard
navigation, "F" will flag the currently selected item, as well as all the items
preceding it.

I also added some title text to that checkbox so hopefully more people find 
this feature.
