No Title issue #33

In the previous version of FOF, if the title is Null /missing/ no title, 
it happend to display as [No Title], in new version there is facility as 
such to display if the blog is with no title.

I think you mean that feeds with no title should be handled the same way as 
items with no title.  I agree, and I 
have just checked this change in as r166.  They will show as "[no title]".
