tagged news will be deleted but tagged summary showes still tagged news #38

1. Tag a news/headline with a custom tag
2. In the tag line will be a line with your given tag and the number of
tagged news
3. Wait till the news will be deleted automatically through the update process
4. If the news/headline is deleted from database, the tag will still be
visible with a number of tagged headlines
5. Click on the tag, and the list of news/headlines is empty 

My expected output will be a tag summary with 0 headlines or the update
script shouldn't delete tagged news, so the list will display all my tagged
news? 

I personally ould prefer, that tagged news/headlines won't be deleted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I forgot to say, I use release 0.5.
