Expand design fundamentals guidelines about spacing in the design system.

This may be accompanied with a mockup page design showing how spacing should be applied.
Describe guidelines about gaps within the content block (and how the content 'stacks')
Describe the use and size of headers and corresponding size body text as description under headers.
Develop a guideline for a table header+description that can be used independently from the sizes of the heading-structure of the rest of the page.
