Design/rethink 'extra information' tab in report flow's configuration page #3029

While summarising multiple designs of report flow pages into one #2955, I discovered that the design for the tab 'extra information' is missing. This might offer the chance to rethink this tab here: what is it that we want to explain and does it need to be a tab?

The heading 'Configuration' right above the tab is also something we maybe want to avoid, as other pages in the flow also don't repeat the title that is in the stepper. If we decide to leave this out, we have to come up with a way where tabs are not directly under the stepper.

Here is an image of the current design, that can be found in the Figma file of the complete flow.

This question has been covered in another design ticket about a design update of the plugin/configuration page #2956

The information that was under the tab is now under a button on the right side of the screen. Here is a screenshot but make sure to check out the other ticket mentioned above for more information.
