Toevoegen wanneer een assets voor het laatst is gezien door een externe applicatie
Bij rapportage inzicht in de wijziging van de situatie ten opzichte van de vorige rapportage/melding met tijdsbepaling.

Toevoegen wanneer een assets voor het laatst is gezien door een externe applicatie, shodan tells us when they sampled the source, we should use that date in our database.
