Expand the tag options (previously; Discuss how we want to use tags in the UI)

Since introducing tags in the UI, we have used them for a wide range of things. We should:

• [x] discuss how we want to use tags in the UI
• [x] determine whether tags are things we define, or if users can give tags to label things.
• [x] discuss good alternatives for things that have similar use/requirements

We have discussed this and have come to the following conclusions:

Currently we use tags in the following situations

• Object types
• Report types
• Labeling Organisations
• Labeling Objects
• Showing when a Boefje is enabled
• Applied filters
• Plugin types in KAT-alogus

How do we want to use tags in the UI?

We have agreed to use two different kind of tags:

1. System Tags
2. Tags created/added by users.

Things to consider when designing

• These two types should have a clearly defined set, with no overlap. It should be easy to distinguish them from each other.
• The tags for the system should probably also have an option to show a status (eg. whether a Boefje is enabled).
• The tags that users can add should have a colorset that doesn't overlap with any functional colors within the KAT Design System (eg. Brand colors, or colors for 'informational', 'warning' etc.)
