Improve "OOI types" filter on "OOI list" page #381

[ ] 1. The various OOI types are now placed in columns, sorted from left to right. It's more intuitive to have them sorted top to bottom.
[ ] 2. It should open when clicking on the whole filter "bar" just like it currently does when you click the chevron.
[ ] 3. Toggle all button should be placed on the top right of the list, instead of bottom left.

The OOI_Types should also be grouped into user friendly OOI Types (eg, likely to be added by a user directly), Advanced OOI Types (eg, types that are still familiar to users but most likely not added by users directly), and Internal OOI Types, (eg, types that are formed by deduction / BITS doing their thing and are mostly used as glue inside the model)

We should designate each Model to one of these groups in their definition and use that to render the groups in the frontend.
