[UI/UX] Generic Search feature #508

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As an end-user, I would like to have the option to search through everything KAT knows.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a general search bar, where I can start typing and where KAT will asynchronously update its search findings. Efficient search indexes may need to be available.

Do you mean one place to search whole KAT, so simultaneously objects, findings, KAT-alogs, tasks? Or do you mean a general text input search bar per subject?
