Boefjes DNS server #960

sommige boefjes gebruiken DNS servers en hebben hier bv hardcoded 8.8.8.8 of 9.9.9.9 voor ingesteld. Deze worden soms niet toegestaan in netwerken.

Kan de DNS servers aangegeven in /etc/resolv.conf svp worden gebruikt zodat deze configurabel is?

Lets introduce an env-var that we can feed into the boefjes that use DNS. Usage of that env-var might still be ignored by the boefje dev, but it would provide with a single point of configuring this. The env-var could for now just be read from our kat env. No need for configuration screens just yet.

There is already an env var for this but not a lot of boefjes are using it. It make sure more boefjes do that.
