ci: remove stylelint #638

This PR removes the stylelint scripts and CI step. The results of the linter are currently unusable, and a vulnerability in a nested dependency makes it convenient to remove it for now. We'll re-add the linter (and address all issues to make its output useful again) soon #637.

Correction: I'm an idiot, I was mistaken with another project... I'll restore the linter and find another workaround for the nested dependency vulnerability.
