I have a use case where I want to use the minimal theme to generate a single HTML file with everything included. Is it possible that this plugin supports that?

@SomethingSexy I haven't tried using this plugin with the minimal theme yet. I did just recently add documentation for modifying themes to be compatible with this plugin though. That documentation can be found here. I expect it would be possible to get things working.

I'll give it a go, when I finish up a few other issues I'm working on.
