The following things need to be changed within the LnxCond class:

[x] Code style to be updated to align with the wiki
[x] Class to be moved to the 'dev' location, as this is technical a driver for the linux to get information
[x] Create the ROS node

Latest version includes all the changes needed for the LnxCond ROS node. This issue can be closed, once moved into the mainline.

Think you'll need to use the following key words within the commit for the mainline - Resolves #17, other corrections

This is a MINOR version introduction - so version number should go up by 0.1.0 minimum (miLibrary)
