revise the webvtt output #120

some related discussion on the tweet at https://twitter.com/dericed/status/1326002582658162688. In local testing, I note that having the timcode, recording timestamp and arbitrary bit on the same line sometimes necessitates a line wrap.

Uncertain if it's worthwhile to continue development of this option. It was a prototyping tool helpful before the gui was more developed. Is this vtt still helpful now? @libbyhopfauf @privatezero

Not sure - can't say I've used it in an applied context though
