Here are two transfers of the same NSTC tape. Mediainfolib considers take 1 to have a PAL frame is the middle, though FFmpeg calls them all NTSC. In take2 all frames are NTSC. Interestingly if I do dvrescue take1 take2 -m out or dvrescue take2 take1 -m out the result is the same and the merged copy includes a frame marked by mediainfolib as PAL.
