It is set to 720x486 and NTSC at https://github.com/mipops/dvrescue/pull/701/files#diff-c76725826da239386ef225cb861f190f48fc4fc1a0e42ed8b33246f7b9d74765R317-R322, but we should add bmdModePAL as well.
