High DPI Scaling Problems #2

Open ddalcino opened 3 years ago

ddalcino commented 3 years ago

Describe the bug MIPSym is known to have display errors on some high DPI displays, such as 4K monitors. MIPSym is designed for displays with the resolutions 1920x1080 and 1024x768. If your display is set to a higher resolution, the program displays some things improperly.

Platform(s) affected (type an 'X' between the square brackets):

Program(s) affected (type an 'X' between the square brackets):

MIPSym Version Affected: All since 2.04.1278

Additional context The developers do not have access to 4K/8K monitors, and thus cannot thoroughly debug the problem.

I have a 4k display on my desktop in my office, and I'm not experiencing any issues with MIPSym in either window. Perhaps this was a Qt issue that has been fixed?
