New Jekyll-based website #3

Hey! Here's the website completely converted to Jekyll. It's still missing the /javadoc folder though.

There is _config.yaml file in the root folder, change the github_username property to your username (miquelmartin) so that all the links will point back to your github fork instead of mine (they all start with http://github.com/{{ site.github_username }}/Siafu/ , so whatever you put in that property will be used as username).

Thanks so much. Finally getting around to this. I'll be doing the migration from sourceforge over the weekend

Merged! Also, I ack'ed you on the initial page, which btw, is at http://siafusimulator.org. Thanks! Also, closing this, since for some reason the pull request couldn't be automatically merged
