Can't access tutorial notebooks on Colab #396

Hi,

It seems the links to 2 notebooks on Colab are not working: FLARE (ACE descriptors + sparse GP) Python API and FLARE (2+3-body + GP).

Could you please double check?

Not sure what's happening here. I now don't have access to the 2nd notebook, but the first seems fine. Maybe the link was updated at some point. Could you check this one? https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1rZ-p3kN5CJbPJgD8HuQHSc7ecmwZYse6?usp=sharing

Hi, I just updated the link, can you give it a try? It looks like the installation block no longer works in colab, I will fix when I get a chance
