Create a Visual Studio project template with a default folder/file layout for test projects. This template can pull all dependencies using NuGet. Also create template items for:

PageObject Class
Test Class

Finished in a seperate repo, which can be found at https://github.com/mirabeau-nl/WbTstr.Net-template. As soon as we have the NuGet packages public we will also publish it in the Visual Studio Gallery.
