upgrade to PhantomJS 2.0 #16

Currently PhantomJS 1.x is used, we should upgrade to 2.0. The problem is that the 2.0 binary is too big to include in the NuGet package.

So we should look into other ways of downloading the binaries, maybe we can have a look at Chocolatey.
