Changing the size of an image using a transform not working correctly (Flash renderer) #436

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in flash renderer, transform an <image> to be twice big
2. the image gets cropped by its original size

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the image size should be doubled.

I'm using the latest code from SVN. See attachment for an example.
