Bug: Infinite Icon Generation #2

Description

Pressing the official Read Aloud button to play audio and then stopping it results in an infinite generation of new download icons.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. press the read aloud button
  2. press the stop button which is toggled from the read aloud button
  3. see another cloud-download icon
