Define "partitioning" as default #32

(Maybe related to #31 as it also addresses performance)

Would it make sense to define the partitioning of the database to split the resources by type as "default setup" when working with the FHIR-gateway? (as described here: https://github.com/miracum/fhir-gateway#partitioning).
