sorry @yomimono, I didn't look through #82 when doing the 0.10 release. this rebases most of your changes here. about rawlink:

v0.7 does expose dhcp_filter, but not dhcp_server_filter, thus the change is not contained in here
once @haesbaert cuts a rawlink release, we should adapt the dhcp_server_filter change by @yomimono
