checkseum does not build on 4.04.1 #12

Ok, on my machine (Linux), I can compile checkseum. Error comes from darwin system which I can not get now ...

@priyas13 if you can try to compile this current version of checkseum, this is help me a lot. Current status is, in your system, ar does not like to pack empty library. I'm not an expert on Mac but you should update something under the hood to use checkseum.

On my side, I can not do something better (or may be provide a fake implementation but it sounds bad). Unfortunately, I will make a release now. I let this issue open however.

Seems close to this issue and fixed after 4.05.0. In any case, MirageOS projects should support only >= 4.07.0. At least, we should put a constraint into OPAM repository. I will close this PR.
