V0.0.9 #32

Make a new/old release of checkseum which will be compatible with Mirage 3. I added a constraint on mirage.4.0.0 (which does not exist yet) and this version provides the needed META file for ocamlbuild/ocamlfind.

The goal of this PR is to not be merged in master ... just a review, a release and we will close it.
