Satisfy sexplib interface #27

add t_of_sexp, sexp_of_t, value_of_sexp, sexp_of_value to satisfy the sexplib interface
verify the interface is satisfied by adding a [@@deriving sexp]-based test case
add a pair of simple positive test cases for t_of_sexp (sexp_of_t t) = t and value_of_sexp (sexp_of_value v) = v
