I've moved the EXTRA_DEPS builds to 4.07.

I am very tempted to move that project back into the irmin repository where it will hopefully be a bit more maintained...

I've added a pin to mirage's fork of ocaml-osx-cf (with https://github.com/dsheets/ocaml-osx-cf/pull/10)
