Think about re-introducing cross-domain entropy injection #24

We should re-do that code to detect presence of Xentropyd on startup and connect to it optionally.

Xentropyd code is no longer there. Not clear which mechanism to use with the new, multi-backend arrangement.

Note that it's not actually clear that we do positively need XDEI.
