A find/replace script (#33) noticed this large block of commented-out code. I'd like to remove it.

This seems related to #24 which hasn't seen any activity since 2015. @pqwy , I'd appreciate a merge of this PR, a comment here or at #24 that at-mentions me, or any other indication that you have any other opinion on this matter.

You are probably right. Even though the support for cross-domain entropy injection should be revisited at some point, that particular code blob is unlikely to get revived anytime soon.
