Revert "Update to latest mirage" #375

Reverts mirage/mirage-skeleton#364 as it doesn't work with the latest version of mirage. The fix is present on dev.

The CI is broken, as highlighted in https://github.com/mirage/mirage-skeleton/pull/364#issuecomment-1617708761 - I'll try to fix this in a separate PR unless @TheLortex beats me to it.
