refer to mirage module types modules by new name #13

V1 is now Mirage_types, and V1_LWT is now Mirage_types_lwt, as of MirageOS version 3.0.0.

@magnuss It looks like the examples here haven't been updated in some time - iperf_self still uses lwt.syntax. Do you think they're still valuable? I'll confess that I treat the tests that use mirage-vnetif in mirage-tcpip as authoritative, rather than any examples here.

@yomimono this is intended as a stand-alone package, so I'd like to keep some examples here... but they clearly need to be updated :-) The mirage-tcpip tests that are based on them are more up to date.

I'm merging this so we can do the README changes in a separate PR
