a lot of layout and whitespace; but also

support for size suffixes on command line
some rounding fixes
clip min size to avoid some error i didn't bother tracking down yet

seems to work ok on unix so far; cf thread about using it with xen though... :/

(and my fingers itch to tidy up the code a bit, but i've been resisting as i suspect i don't know FAT well enough to not completely moulinex everything by doing so :)
