remove travis and activate ocaml-ci #236

This brings in the 'zero-conf' CI, which helps with the outofdate OCaml version strings

Thanks a lot for setting up ocaml-ci! I merge immediatly this PR, and update the badge on the README to make it point on the ocaml-ci one.
