Huge rework on ptt to provide with the hmf binary a SMTP submission server with PLAIN authentication.

Functorization of the some SMTP logics (hello, mail from, recipient to, etc.) over STARTTLS or SSMTP.
Common part about how to run send/receive over a given Monad.
Trust only on one given description of the SMTP protocol.
