Extend LVM on firstboot #4

Ubuntu has cloud-initramfs-growroot to extend the root. We should have something similar that extends the fdisk of the sdcard on firstboot

Thomas -- if you could figure out the fdisk runes for this would be helpful -- I'm about to lose local connectivity as I travel to Portland for OSCON

Should be easy enough. I'll see if I can get it to add the partition automatically if it's missing on boot.
