Added trusty-security and trusty-updates to /etc/apt/sources.list to enable updates.
Removed git clone of opam-repository as it caused problems with opam update
Added traceroute to utilities that are installed by default
Added apt-get clean after installing packages to save space on the image

Do we need to update the installation instructions on the openmirage arm page now as well (since opam init is needed)?
