pre-built images #77

Back some years ago, there used to be sdcard images on blobs.openmirage.org -- which seems to be gone now. I don't have a GNU/Linux operating system, thus it would be nice if someone would build an up-to-date sdcard image and publish it somewhere (or enlighten me with an URL where to find them).

I also don't know where blobs.openmirage.org went to (or came from) -- @avsm ? Happy to publish some .img files somewhere if anyone has suitable hosting...

FWIW the build process in these scripts uses Docker to avoid the requirement for a GNU/Linux OS (I typically ran on OSX). If it's bit-rotted, let me know :) (Just trying running them again for the first time in a while, seems to be working for me so far!)
