A very specific combination of software versions have to be used to get pindah working. Clearly mention these versions, and provide steps.

Thanks. I'll make edits to this to:

  1. send people to the JRuby 1.7+ instructions if they want to brave mirah master
  2. Remove the note about installing an outdated version once we release Pindah 0.1.3.
