这个想法具体是要实现什么？ 新增头像旋转设置，可以选择 开启/关闭 鼠标悬浮在首页头像上的旋转效果 及 文章中作者头像的自动旋转效果

这个想法实现后有什么帮助？ 改善首页和文章阅读体验

是否有具体的实现思路？ 禁用头像动画
