App User Manual vignette #65

The existing vignettes cover mostly the details behind the server and UI parts of SmaRP.

A vignettes showing how to use the SmaRP app should also be included (and possibly linked in the app itself).

At the same time, the existing UI and server vignettes can be reviewed for consistency.

@riccardoporreca @gabrielfoix I created a new branch called feature/user-manual where I pushed a vignette with the description of the Personal Info panel. It needs to be completed with the description of the other two
