Aggregate 1.x not properly recording data

I have an Xform asking for a picture, and then a grouped question.

If I skip taking the picture, and then answer the grouped question, the 
resultant data after the picture entry does not get uploaded to the aggregate 
server.

I've attached an xform that causes this problem that I made in 
build.opendatakit.org

ODK Collect 1.1.5 was used. 

Aggregate downloaded in February or March 2011 was used.  It self reports as 
Aggregate 1.0 alpha five.
