(Carl:) Tried to do a windows install to a local tomcat/mysql setup. Also
failed.
1) When prompting to download Apache and MySql it'd be super great if we could
make the Apache link clickable, or at least highlightable so you can cut and
paste it.
2) Should maybe post a link in the Tomcat SSL page to documentation about
securing the server?
3) Should be somewhat more specific about which MySQL to download? Is it
MySQL Community Server?
4) It's not at all clear what URL I need to use to get at aggregate locally
after the install is complete. localhost:8080 takes me to the default tomcat
page. What takes me to aggregate?
