ODK Aggregate v1.0 beta rev. 2 Apache Tomcat application path(s) missing on Management tab

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install v1.0 beta rev.2
2. Log in
3. Click on Management -> New Form (or) Management -> Upload Data

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected Output: http://apachetomcat/ODKAggregate/ui/upload
What I see: http://apachetomcat/ui/upload (404)

Also:

Expected Output: http://apachetomcat/ODKAggregate/ui/submission
What I see: http://apachetomcat/ui/submission (404)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

ODK Aggregate v1.0 beta rev. 2
Redhat Enterprise Linux 5.6
Apache Tomcat 6.0.32
MySQL v5.5.13
